How to Order

A step by step guide.

1. To order our animals, browse our Online Catalogue by selecting a section (Dragons, Sea Animals etc) enter the quantity required into the Quantity field, select the colour of the item if asked, select an optional Display Mirror or Lightbox by ticking the relevant box or selecting from the drop down list.

You can click Enlarge Image on any animal to get a better view.

When you are happy with your selection click Add to Basket.

To make a more complex order e.g. 1 Blue Long Dragon with Rectangular Mirror and 1 Green Long Dragon with no Mirror, first add 1 Blue Long Dragon with Rectangular Mirror to your Basket then add 1 Green Long Dragon with no Mirror to your Basket.

You can view the items in your Shopping Basket by clicking View Basket at the top of the screen.

Items can be removed from your basket at anytime by clicking View Basket, ticking Remove and clicking Update.

You can change the quantity of items in your basket by entering the required quantity and clicking Update.

You can also save your Shopping Basket and return later to complete the order by clicking Save.

To return to our Online Catalogue from your Shopping Basket click Continue Shopping or Catalogue at the top of the screen.

For information about our Delivery Schedule and Returns Policy etc click Information at the top of the screen in our Online Catalogue.

2. Once you have made your selection of animals click Checkout at the top of the screen or Checkout Now when viewing your basket contents.

3. Select your Shipping Destination country (e.g. United Kingdom) and state/province if ordering from the US.

If you wish to ship your order to a different address then the billing address (e.g. you wish to send our animals as a gift) tick the relevant box.

Click Next>

4. A summary of your order is displayed with the total order price with delivery.

Below enter your Invoice (Billing) address.

Required fields are highlighted.

If you would like our Online Catalogue to remember your contact details to save you from having to enter them on your next order, tick the Remember Me! box.

Please note: Sensitive information like credit/debit card details are not remembered.

The Delivery costs are displayed with the option of entering any special delivery instructions.

Click Next>

5. If you selected to ship to a different address then the billing address please enter the Delivery address you would like your order sent to.

Required fields are highlighted.

Under General Information, you will be asked "How did you find our site?", "What was your reason for buying?" and "Any other comments?" theses are optional and are just to help us improve our service to you.

Under Payment Method select, Credit/Debit Card to pay online (All card payments are handled by NetBanx using a 128-bit Secure SSL Server) or select Cheque Before Delivery to pay by Cheque.

You can click <Back if you wish to change any details already entered or cancel at anytime to return to our Online Catalogue and make changes to your order.

Once you have entered the required details Click Next>

6. If you selected to pay using a Credit/Debit Card you will be taken to NetBanx secure payment page to enter your card details.

Once your card details have been accepted your receipt will be displayed, Please print this page and keep it for your records. This page contains your order number.

Click Done.

If you selected to pay using a Cheque your receipt will be displayed, Please print two copies of this page, keep one for your records and send one with your Cheque made payable to "Kristine". This page contains your order number.

Click Done.

7. Your order has now been successfully placed!

You will receive confirmation of your order (and card payment) via email.

Display Mirrors and Lightboxes can be ordered with animals. To order separately please contact us.
